Your District is Unique! Your size, your location, your budget, and your goals are important factors for us to understand. So first, we listen and learn from you. Once we understand your needs, we share support options that have been successful. These range from implementation support workshops, to sessions on major reform efforts including the Common Core and NGSS. Next, we design the implementation plan, with you, that meets your specific goals. Finally, our Support Team will continue to be your partner assessing your ongoing needs and ensuring success. To begin designing your plan today, contact Liz Pabon at email@example.com
As educators you juggle more things than most people realize... time constraints, administration mandates, parental concerns, evaluations, high stake exams and oh yes... educating. We realize that implementing a new curriculum with a new instructional approach requires additional time and focus. We’re here to ensure your implementation experience is manageable and rewarding. Our Face-to-Face Workshops foster a supportive learning environment. The goal will be to let you experience the power of student learning with a project-based approach. Whether you are participating in our Getting Started Workshop or one of our Follow-Up Sessions, you will have joined a learning community that enriches and deeply impacts your teaching and students’ success. To learn more about our instructional workshops, contact Kelly Angelo at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You’re not alone! Having support services to help you address your immediate needs is important. Whether or not you have attended a workshop, you will have immediate access to our Implementation Specialist Team. This can be one-on-one time with an Implementation Specialist, set-up around your schedule, or it can be group-time, set-up around a planning period. In short, you can use email, phone and/or skype to quickly address any implementation concerns, questions and ideas. We’re your partner, we’re here to help! To set up a session, please Kelly Angelo at email@example.com.
As teachers, we agree assessing your students’ progress and their understanding of the mathematics they are learning is important. The Interactive Mathematics Program® assessment opportunities available in the print student edition include Problems of the Week and End of Unit Portfolios. End of the Unit Portfolios are unique as students are asked to assemble a written record of their work allowing them to reflect upon key mathematical ideas. These cumulative portfolios represent the growth of the students’ learning. The Interactive Mathematics Program site offers you many additional formative and summative assessment opportunities. You can download First and Second semester assessments for each year of the program from the online teacher guides, as well as unit quizzes. If you need additional help on how to download the assessments, please contact Kesha Leets at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Instructional Teacher Resources
As a teacher, I am sure you can appreciate the value of having additional resources to help enhance your classroom experience and achieve learning outcomes. In addition, you are able to access Pacing Guides, Assessments, Supplemental Activities and a whole series of Activity Notes. To access this site, please contact Kesha Leets at email@example.com.
Your teaching experience with Interactive Mathematics Program doesn’t have to be in isolation. Be part of this Active Learning system.
